Is aware that the introduction of stability bonds can improve the implementation of budgetary policies at Member State level; points outcalls, on the other hand, thafor a detailed analysis to be carried out of the need to adopt further measures in terms of economic governance, which themselves might necessitate Treaty changes and require long-term implementation;
