Regrets that using two locations (Lille and Valenciennes) to carry out its activities exposes the Agency to additional costs and represents an unnecessary waste of taxpayers' money; calls for this issue to be addressed before any increase in the Agency's budget is approved, in order to restore value for money and operational efficiency;
