Insists on the need to pay particular attention to those affected by deindustrialisation (in the wake of concentration in industries in crisis or thanks to abandonment by the multinationals), introducing appropriate financial support and mechanisms and integrated interventions, targeted on development through support for alternative green industries, renewable energy and tourism, characterised by innovation, and capable of creating jobs with rights and reducing social inequalities and regional asymmetries;
