Urges the Commission to expedite the conclusion of agreements between the EU on the one hand and Mercosur, India, Russia and China on the other, including specific provisions designed to stimulate trade, given the economic potential, the potential for development and innovation, and the raw materials available in India, Russia, China and the Mercosur region.
