Recalls that particular attention should be paid to the integration of the ORs into the digital single market; considers that wireless technologies, including satellite, could provide the citizens of the ORs with immediate ubiquitous access to broadband internet; requests the Commission and Member States to ensure that all citizens of the ORs will have access to broadband internet by 2013.
