Urges all the relevant EU institutions to implement Article 5.3 of the World Health Organisation Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, which stipulates that the Parties must act to protect tobacco control policies from commercial and other vested interests of the tobacco industry, in accordance with the recommendations contained in the guidelines thereto;
