Table (b): Emission reduction commitments for ammonia (NH3), fine particulate matter (PM2,5) and methane (CH4). Fuels sold, base year 2005. All emission reduction commitments for ammonia (NH3) for any year from 2020 to 2029 which are presently less than 5% will be set at 5%.
