Stresses the need to expand the scope of cooperation in the field of education and science between the EU and the Western Balkan countries which will create the conditions for stable economic development and growth in the region, thus encouraging integration of the Western Balkans into the common economic space, the common space of research and education, as well as their participation in the labour market in accordance with EU rules and requirements;
