Calls on the Commission to review the Directive on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work (2004/37/EC); notes that limit values on substances that endanger human health have only been set in a very few cases; calls, in the interests of workers, for the rapid implementation of REACH and CLP, and in particular for the substitution of chemicals that are classified as especially harmful to human health;
