Calls for the development of a one- stop shop scheme to provide practical guidance, information and advice for those concerned, so as to ensure that the public is kept properly up to date; urges that this move towards simplification be brought to the attention of the public, the purpose being to reduce to the necessary minimum the amount of information requested;
