Highlights the necessity to protect women with disabilities living in care homes and mental hospitals from sexual assault and other forms of physical mistreatment to which they may be subjected, and points with concern to the lack of data on this alarming phenomenon; asks, therefore, the Member States to investigate how pervasive this problem is, collect the relevant data and take the appropriate measures to tackle it;
