Takes note of the lack of data availability in the field of matrimonial matters and matters of parental responsibility; encourages the Commission to include such data in the EU Justice Scoreboard when made available by the Member States, possibly as a midterm objective to be put in place after completion of the review of the Council Regulation No 2201/2003 on Jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of decisions in matrimonial matters and matters of parental responsibility and on international child abduction";
