Welcomes the increasing trend wherebyfor EU Member States to intervene in the debates in addition to the EU Presidency; calls for this to be further developed, and calls on EU Member States to reinforce the EU’s message by putting acrossarticulating "one message, but with many voices"; stresses that coordination with regard to speaking in the UNHRC should encourage EU Member States to further develop the Presidency statement with additional information, perspectives and ideas;
