In order to achieve a more efficient use of spectrum and to facilitate the emergence of innovative and successful national, cross-border and pan-European services, supports the coordination approach of the Commission, based on three different clusters of the UHF spectrum, taking into account the potential for radio interference arising from the co-existence of different types of networks in the same band and the existing authorisations;
