Urges the Member States not to make use of the transitional restrictions regarding the access of Romanian and Bulgarian workers to their labour market as a possibility to perpetuate discriminatory, protectionist and anti free- movement policies, but to take further steps in fully eliminating these remaining obstacles to intra-EU mobility in the context of the Single Market Act;
