9a. Suggests that the Commission should propose a procedure for cooperation between the Commission and IMF, in the special case where countries from the Euro zone need financial support based on reform programs in order to restore the fiscal balance;

Takes the view that any program of fiscal consolidation in developed countries should take into account the new commitment regarding the Copenhagen Accord that suggests that $100 billion per year will be needed by 2020 to help developing countries overcome the challenge of climate change; further takes the view that the Commission should draw up a proposal regarding the initiative of cooperation with other international organizations on how to raise this amount by 2020;
