Regrets that the services market remains fragmented; considers that existing barriers to the free exchange of services, including the inadequate enforcement of existing rules, limit the opportunities for businesses and lead to unnecessarily high prices and hamper job-creation; calls on the Commission to deliver the necessary reforms that will remove barriers in the service sector by adopting a targeted sector-specific approach for services;
