Emphasises the necessity to strengthen cooperation with third countries in the prevention and fight against smuggling of migrants and human trafficking, by reinforcing training, capacity building actions and information sharing mechanisms, including an evaluation of the impact of ILOs networks and the cooperation they establish with third countries, by promoting cooperation on criminal matters and by encouraging ratification of the Palermo Protocols in this field;
