Believes that climate change requires a rights-based response with effective participation of women in decision-making at all levels, including international climate negotiations, with a view to developing gender-sensitive and rights-based approaches in order to address underlying inequalities; stresses the necessity to provide systematic funding for women’s participation in international processes;
