Proposes that "Join Europeana" be advertised creatively; carried out under public-private partnerships and sponsoring, this should be targeted primarily at young people, for instance at international sports events by means of advertising on shirts and hoardings which could be provided by the owners of the rights free of charge, or in the context of art exhibitions and cultural competitions;
