Considers that the marketing in the Community of alternative funds domiciled in a third country must be conditional on the respect by that third country of good tax governance standards, including the effective implementation, on the basis of legally binding rules, of the principle of exchange of information and on effective monitoring by the third country, at all times, of compliance with those standards;
