14. Reiterates its call on Member States to allow all citizens of the Union living or working in a third country to be granted the right to cast their vote in elections to the European Parliament; invites the Member States to work hand in hand with the European Parliament and the European External Action Service to inform citizens of the Union in third countries on the European elections and to facilitate their partipation in these elections;'
