Is of the opinion that when the project is of European interest and cross- border different member states, the role of the regional governments should be reconsidered in the permit process and the role of the ministries highlighted, therefore Criteria’s for getting the permit should not include many national differences between Member States; calls on the Commission to consider coordinating the same criteria in every Member State;
