Stresses that all substances of concern should be tracked and that information relating to these substances should be fully available to recyclers and to the public while taking into account existing systems and considering the option of sector-specific tracking solutions; welcomes in this respect the new provisions included in Article 9 of Directive (EU) 2018/... amending Directive 2008/98/EC on waste;
