Recalls Article 24 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in which the States Parties undertake to ensure that persons with disabilities are not excluded from the general education system, or from secondary education, on the basis of disability, and that reasonable accommodation is provided for the individual’s requirements, together with the support required; urges the Member States to meet their undertakings;
