Grants may be awarded to the European Union reference laboratories referred to in Article 32 of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 and the reference centre for animal welfare referred to in in Article 95 of Regulation (EC) No xxx/xxx on official controls (…) for the costs they incur to implement the work programmes approved by the Commission.
