The structure established under Article 34 shall submit an annual account of its activities to the Member States, the European Parliament and the Committee referred to in Article 60.

Article 51 – paragraph 1
1. The Member States and, the Commission and the European Parliament shall examine and evaluate how the arrangements for administrative cooperation provided for in this Regulation are working. In particular, the Member States shall conduct audits of the operation of those arrangements. The Commission shall pool the Member States' experience with the aim of improving the operation of those arrangements and shall regularly report to the Member States and the European Parliament on the results.

2. The Member States shall communicate to the Commission and the European Parliament any available information relevant to their application of this Regulation.

9. The Commission mayshall, if necessary, provide expert opinions, technical or logistical assistance, information campaigns or any other operational support for the Member States with a view to attaining the objectives of this Regulation.
