Promoting the green economy, resource efficiency and sustainable consumption and production processes. Promoting the use of electronic communications as a tool to support growth across all sectors in order to bridge the digital divide, to achieve an adequate policy and regulatory framework in this area and promoting the development of necessary infrastructure and the use of services and applications based on ICT.
