The Commission shall seek regular consultations and exchanges of information with civil societyall parties concerned (governments and agencies of recipient countries, civil society, EU delegations, international, national or private organisations) in order to formulate and implement jointly the commercial aspect of their development strategies. It shall render an account of the result of these consultations to the European Parliament.
