(3h) The following Article shall be inserted: "Article 7a Limits of operator’s liability in the event of a severe nuclear accident An undertaking responsible for the operation of a nuclear power plant shall, on an annual basis, demonstrate to the competent national authority and to the Commission that it holds valid insurance policy covering third-party claims resulting from a severe nuclear accident to a minimum level of 2500 million EUR per event."
