Is therefore extremely worried by the sharp decrease in appropriations foreseen in the MFF, amounting to a huge drop of EUR 1875 billion compared with the 2010 budget; understands that the financing of the EERP partially explains this situation, but remains absolutely convinced that an ambitious, consistent revision of themid-term review of the current MFF is a sine qua non condition for an effective EU budget;
