NotWelcomes the above Commission communication with interest and points out that it is a contribution to the necessary and wide-ranging debate on the CFP and onand underlines the need for this initiative as a basis for guaranteeing exploitation of fishery resources in a way that will create sustainable conditions from the social, environmental and economic points of view;
