Insists on the need to guarantee a standard minimum as regards the payment of compensation to workers in insolvency proceedings, equivalent to at least one month's wages for each year worked; this payment should be made immediately by the Member State concerned, which should subsequently claim the equivalent sum from the company, including as part of insolvency proceedings;
