Believes that deep, liquid, open, transparent and well-regulated financial markets are capable of fostering economic growth, and considers that Chinese securities, banking and insurance sectors are underdeveloped, and encourages China to participate fully in the global debate on improving the regulatory and supervisory framework for the financial markets;
