Urges Bosnia and Herzegovina to ensure the right to property; regrets the lack of a comprehensive legislative framework on handling restitution claims and strongly advocates for restitution of, or compensation for, property seized during the Holocaust and/or nationalized by the Communist regime, including private and heirless property and religious and communal property;
