Stresses the importance of establishing Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) focal points also in developing countries to improve information exchanges, inter alia on issues beyond EU competences, such as the socially-inclusive use of resource rents or taxation and remittances; and of the impacts of so called 'brain drain' on countries of origin; calls on the Commission to mainstream social policy in the work of the EEAS;
