Believes that the proposal of a comprehensive directive against discrimination is an excellent opportunity to evaluate Directive 2000/43/EC; cConsiders that, in the spirit of the Social Agenda, the Commission should identify specific objectives with the aim of preventing and reducing discrimination against and stigmatisation of the Roma and criminalisation of Roma communities;
