The study shall evaluate the air quality and the share of pollutants contributed by L- category vehicles and shall cover the requirements of test types I, IV, V, VII and VIII listed in Annex V. It shall collate and evaluate the latest scientific data, scientific research findings, modelling and cost efficiency with a view to establishing definitive policy measures by confirmation of the Euro 5 enforcement dates (Euro 6 dates for L3e motorcycles) laid down in Annex IV and the Euro 5 (Euro 6 for L3e motorcycles) environmental requirements laid down in Annexes V, VI(A3), VI(B2), VI(C2) and Annex VII concerning Euro 5 (Euro 6 for L3e motorcycles) durability mileages and deterioration factorand monetised environmental benefit of motorcycle emissions controls.
