Regrets that the PSCs are still barely known by service providers; calls on the Commission and the Member States to launch information campaigns as soon as possible directed at all those concernadvice offered by PSCs does not yet reach prospective service providers and that information on how to contact PSCs is not widely known; calls on the Member States to ensure that their dedicated websites for assisting businesses and citizens, including the EUGO network, are effectively promoted and feature case studies of businesses using the PSCs and the benefits they have derived;
