The core service platform will consist of a network of National/Governmental Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) based on a minimum set of baseline capabilities. The network willmay provide the backbone ofa limited amount of information to a European Information Sharing and Alert System (EISAS) for EU citizens and SMEs.
