18. Calls for the timely publication of online information, including direct access to project documentation (application, feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis, environmental impact assessment, etc.) on major projects, as soon as possible after the Commission receives an application for funding from a Member State and before it takes any decision on financing; this Commission webpage should allow the submission of comments regarding such projects; this Commission webpage should also publish comments regarding organisations/companies who lobby for money for EU-funded projects;
