Calls on the Commission and Member States to revise the language requirements regime for the healthcare professions by providing competent authorities with the necessary flexibility to ascertain and, if necessary, test the language skills of professionals as part of the recognition process, further calls on the Commission to clarify the respective roles of employers and regulators in testing language competence;
