Takes the view that passengers swhould be given a choice in using security scanners whereby, if they refuse, they would be obliged to submit to alternative screening methods that guarantee security to at least the same levels of effectiveness as security scanners do not wish to pass through a security scanner (notwithstanding the possibility of EU-wide specific exemptions) should not be allowed to board an aircraft;
