Urges the Commission to propose a common coherent package of actions at EU level on informal care, to identify and recognise the different types of informal care provided in Europe, and to guaranteeto consider the formalisation of informal care, and to guarantee a certain minimum standard of rights, carers financial support and other additional support services, including time off for carers, and a work-life balance and, rehabilitation services for carers and care recipients and access to specific psychological support for carers;
