Reminds the Member States of their public commitment towards reaching the goal of a Single European Sky when the relevant legislation was overwhelmingly supported and insists that the Member States remain proactive and involved in the implementation of this legislation; calls on the Member States in this connection to submit national performance plans in line with EU performance targets;

Remains extremely concerned that the creation of Functional Airspace Blocks (FABs) across Europe are behind schedule and highlights the importance of political action to reach the objectives; urges the Member States accordingly to make every effort to step up cooperation and coordination between them;
