Regrets that the Agency has not yet remedied the ECA's observations from its audit reports for the 2017 financial year, where the Court concluded that the procurement procedures for EASO’s rented premises in Lesbos were irregular, and as a result, all subsequent payments on these contracts are irregular; also, the procurement procedure used for the rented premises in Rome was irregular, as a result, all subsequent payments on these contracts are irregular; notes that the Office has failed to remedy this situation;
