Emphasises thatand acknowledges, regardless of legal status, the importance of developing a holistic approach to migration from a gender equality standpoint and considers that decisions to detain should take account of past histories of trauma including experiences of sexual violence, and that the needs of pregnant women are more appropriately accommodated in tailored facilities;
