Calls on the Commission, given the persisting gaps in the practical application of the Directive, to ask the European Network of Legal Experts in cooperation with equality bodies to draw up a new comprehensive report that deals fully with discrimination on grounds of gender identity in legislation and in future policies in the field of gender equality;
