Reaffirms its support for establishing the EU Arctic Information Centre, with a permanent office in Rovaniemi, Finland, with the aim of making information on the Arctic more accessible and of disseminating this information in all Member States, including projects funded by the EU; calls on the Commission take the necessary action to set up the centre.
