Stresses the need to focus on the quality and sustainability of offers; points out the importance of supporting the inclusion of girls and young women in all sectors of the economy, including science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); Encourages the Member States to make efforts on countering gender- based discrimination in the labour market and supporting girls and young women's development in STEM sectors with targeted policies;
